The house is walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Center, home to the BNP Paribas Open, USA Pickleball National Championship Tournament, the Indian Wells Arts Festival and numerous other events. It's also walking distance to the shuttle stop for Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals.

this 3-bedroom 3-bathroom single level home offers two primary suites, one with a king-sized bed, the other with a queen-sized bed Each primary suite has an attached bathroom.
